With regard to the information automatically collected by the website, based on the browsing that our users have made, to promote its processing, in order to continue with the following purposes:

Our objective is to guarantee the quality and integrity of the information provided by users who use NEST Inmobiliaria's real estate portal, having implemented the necessary measures, both technologically and organizationally, so that we keep the information secure, accurate, updated and complete.

All information that NEST Real Estate receives from the users of its Platform will be stored on secure servers and, in collaboration with our technology partners, we will promote the implementation of the necessary technical and organizational measures so that any personal data is protected with an adequate level of security, which guarantees, in particular, the confidentiality and integrity of the data and prevents destruction, accidental or unlawful loss and modification or, likewise, unauthorized disclosure or access to them.
